The Catalina Experience was in need of simplicity. The brand’s previous site provided a distracting level of choices for visitors to interact with, so much so that the focus of the brand became lost. Using historical visitor data, contextual inquiry and key insight from their social channels, a new more focused online presence was created that satisfies all the facts someone would want to know and quickly register for an upcoming event, mixed with the right amount of new content and surprises to keep users coming back. In addition, the TCX experience is now seamless on any device becoming the first website launch with a fully responsive site design.
